New Zealand Paradise

Monday, April 16th, 2007

It has been a long time since i signed up in the New Zealand tourism website as one of those who are interested in migrating to the said country. Anyway, who can resist this country where there are more sheeps than people? Where the cost of living is a lot less than the Western countries. New Zealand should be proud of it’s zero crime rate and natural resources. This peaceful country is located in the Oceania, in the South-Western Pacific Ocean and separated to Australia by the Tasman Sea. It is endowed with the beauty of nature, it’s landscapes, snowcap mountains, lakes, and a lot more.

Enjoy swiming, diving, surfing, sailing and fishing in New Zealand’s 15,000 kilometers of coastline and more than 25 marine reserves. Be amazed by the extraordinary phenomena that can be found throughout the country like the pointy absurdity of the Toka Toka Peak to the South Island’s amazing fireworks of fiords. Walk amidst forests, up the mountains, along the riverbanks or around lakes and witness the great scenery.

Visit the Lord of the Rings set in Matamata which is transformed into Hobbiton. Wellington, the country’s capital, was also transformed into the outer reaches of Shire.

Visiting New Zealand is definitely magical. Experience the magic now.

Wedding Ring

Ever wondered why the wedding ring is worn on the fourth of the left hand? This belief started way way back in Egypt where it was believed that the vena amoris or vein of love ran from this finger directly to the heart. With the diamond as the symbol of eternity, there is no better way of connecting love with eternity than having a diamond wedding band worn on the fourth finger of the left hand.

When people marry, they made a vow to spend eternity with each other. Thus, to symbolize this vow the couples give each other a wedding ring during the wedding ceremony.
