During a Lazy Day

Friday, August 24th, 2007

During a lazy day at home, when I don’t feel like going out to play in an Arcade or write on my blog - I will either be sleeping, watching TV or playing some puzzle games from Yahoo Games. One of the classic favorites is the JewelQuest. It could be rather boring but if you don’t want to exert much effort and just relax a bit with a some entertainment, JewelQuest can give you that.

Another game is the Cubis. I have finished the online game a couple of times already. You can easily kill time by playing this one.

Baby Shower

Princess Baby Shower

Your baby is a gift. Imagine those little hands that touches your face. The fragile body that is longing to be touched and embraced. The sweet smile. You must be feeling ecstatic as you see your baby lying there by your side after you give birth. They say having a baby gives you a mixture of emotions: happiness that you now have a child, a fruit of your love for each other; and fear of what the future might offer to you and your newborn. Make each moment more memorable, everything happen but once in this life. Start by preparing a unique baby shower that is worth remembering. It will help to think of a theme first. Choose baby shower party supplies that suit your theme. You can choose a Lil’ Princess Baby Shower Theme for your baby girl or a Rubber Ducky / Baby Duckie Baby Shower Theme

Whatever theme you choose, make sure you take pictures and make each moment as memorable as possible.

This is a paid review.

My Stress Buster

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007

Going to video arcades is one of my favorite past times. After a long day’s work or after having a stressful week, you will find me and my sibling in the mall playing some arcade games. Our favorite is Time Crisis - II and IV. The game is rather similar to House of the Dead which is actually the first shooting game I have tried to play. But the graphics and elements of Time Crisis is a lot better compared to House of the Dead. I have always hated the red soldiers, the bazooka soldiers and the clawmen. The red soldiers have rather high accuracy and I always get hit. The bazooka soldiers also do the same. Even if the bazooka men have a lot lower accuracy than the red soldiers, well, bazookas can cause far greater damage than hand guns. The clawmen just appear out of nowhere and hit you with their claws.

Playing Time Crisis, for me, help release all the negative energy as I fire towards my enemies in the game. It also helps in improving your hand-eye coordination and achieve faster reflexes. Well, take it from an addict - I play until my feet hurts.

Rush Hour 3

Monday, August 20th, 2007

Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker did it again. My friend is a big fan of Jackie Chan so we watched the movie together. We have watched Rush Hour 1 and 2 before, though the story lines are basically the same, you still would want to watch. First because of Chris Tucker’s humor that never fails to make people laugh. I cannot stop laughing whenever he start singing and dancing. The bar scene where Chris and Jackie sang is perhaps, one of the movie’s comedy highlights.

Another great thing about the movie is that it was shot mostly in Paris, France, so we also get a glimpse of this great city.
