Caring for Your Baby

Tuesday, November 20th, 2007

It will be great to go out with your children and have some bonding time outdoors. Going out on a picnic is always an ideal family bonding time where you can play and have fun with your kids. Going out in a park, walking around or playing some games will strengthen your bond with your kids and wife. Playing a one-on-one basketball game with your son, making your little girl help you prepare the food are definitely moments that are very important. Having a small baby isn’t really a hassle. You can bring your baby along with a quinny stroller or baby carrier and your baby can surely share the fun with you and his/her elderly siblings.

Having a bonding time with your family is definitely a must to keep your family happy and your relationships healthy. These are the kinds of moments that you can cherish for the rest of your life.

Fiddler on the Roof

I watched the movie Fiddler on the Roof some years ago and somehow, it gives us a glimpse of Jewish culture. The story basically revolves around a Jewish family: Tevye, his wife and his five daughters. Tevye follows Jewish traditions very strictly. His daughters, jewish singles, one by one finds love and moves progressively away from established Jewish customs. The movie also gives us a glimpse of jewish dating and traditions with regards to love and marriage.

I personally like the song Sunrise Sunset. It was sang during the wedding of one of Tevye’s daughters and practically tells the story of people falling in love then getting married and how the single women feel. Although the Jews still follow their customs quite strictly, jewish personals and jewish dating have somehow evolved and adapted the modern culture.
