Watching television can be fun. It helps you forget about your work, your responsibilities for a while. Watching CSI, Grey’s Anatomy or Desperate Housewives may be something that you look forward to. However, studies shows that watching too much TV may be bad for your memory. In a recent Australian research, among the 30,000 subjects those who watched less than an hour a day performed better on memory tasks than those who watched more. It also shows that those who read fiction have better memories than those who don’t.
