Remembering Through Favors
When attending a wedding, there are a few things that I look forward to. I make it a point to see the bride walking towards the altar. For me, it is such a magical moment as she walk towards her husband so they can spend their lives together. Aside from that, of course, the food is something that makes me feel excited. They usually serve really good food and desserts during weddings - of course, I love the wedding cake. Then, the final thing - the wedding or bridal favor.
I have quite a number of wedding favors, party favors, bridal shower favors, birthday party favors and a lot of others that I have collected over the years. Each reminding me of the friend who got married, a really outrageous birthday party, a naughty bridal shower, and other events in my past. It felt rather reminiscent as I look at those from time to time, remembering those days and hoping for more memorable events to happen.
